Another STALL is over.  I am down from 239 to 233 as of this morning.  That makes it 153 lbs since Dec 06 and 159 fron Nov 06.  Damn, I do not know how long it has been since I have been down this low, but all I know, that when I hit onederland, look out.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  So Steve, for the first time in a long time you can add my WL to the weekly total. YEAH FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hugs, Diane

Down 4 lbs this week...last week I was 202 and this week I sit at 198!!! 7 lbs away from being just OBESE!!! Cheri

Great morning to everyone! I am down 1 pound from last week. 3 more pounds until I can officially say I have lost 100 pounds. I have lost 97 pounds since surgery and feeling wonderful.  Life is good with the occasional road bumps like TJ getting suspended but that is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. Holding at 190 lbs!

Good Morning Janine and the rest of the team. I am rather hesitant to say this but maybe if I do I can stay on track this time. I lost 4.5 lbs since last saturday. I am trying so hard to take the weight off with out having to have a revision or stomaphyx or rose procedure. Even tho my stoma has stretched and I am able to eat more then I should, I want to try to make this one work first. If I can't then I will do something about it for sure. I am so excited that I have really lost this week. it's the first loss since I did the 5 day pouch test. The best news is my daughter is doing it right along with me, but she has not had the WL surgery and she has lost 27lbs. since she started  2 months ago, I am so proud of her. She is only 2 pounds away from the beautiful onederful ones. Ok enough jabbering and off to do some more house work. Take care and have a wonderful day.

Oh Chris  Thank you. That means a lot to me. I am trying really hard to stay focused this time and take off the added weight and remaining weight.
